Understanding Client Requirements
Synthite Industries Ltd., a global pioneer in spice extracts and natural food ingredients, participated at IFFA 2025, Frankfurt to strengthen its European presence. The brief called for:

The resulting concept was “From Nature to Plate” — emphasizing the journey of natural ingredients through innovation, taste, and health. This was brought to life through:

Sensory touchpoints including taste, smell, and visual appeal.

Seamless zoning for exploration, interaction, and conversation.

Design Development
The booth design integrated five functional zones:

4m height branding structure for long-distance visibility.

Product display shelves showcasing encapsulated extracts, essential oils, and oleoresins.

Meeting room for relaxed discussions with comfortable seating and soft lighting.

Live cooking area equipped with induction counters, ventilation, and branded utensils — where chefs demonstrated real-time recipes using Synthite ingredients.

A tasting counter to let visitors experience the flavor profiles firsthand.
The use of green walls, wood-finish floors, and pendant lights enhanced the organic and inviting environment.
Visualization and 3D Rendering:

Production, Installation and Handover

Fabrication was done in Europe production house using modular elements, allowing efficient logistics and faster assembly on site.

The live kitchen setup was coordinated with venue safety standards, and included concealed plumbing, electrical, and heat-resistant finishes.

The installation team completed setup in less than 36 hours.

Onsite branding, shelf dressing, and final touches were executed flawlessly.

A full functionality check was conducted — including live testing of kitchen appliances and tasting trial — before formal handover.


Production, Installation and Handover

The booth was prefabricated in modular form for easy transport and quick onsite assembly in Dortmund.

The oversized cigarette models were created using lightweight materials with real-life texture and finishing.

All branding, visuals, and product panels were UV printed in high resolution on fabric.

The entire booth was installed within 34 hours, meeting the venue’s strict guidelines.
